Venture Fund Paralegal

Location: On-site in New York, NY, working closely with attorneys and deal teams in a collaborative office environment.

Note: Candidates must have prior experience supporting venture capital fund formation or private investment funds.

Job Description: Support venture capital fund formation and ongoing fund operations Maintain and manage fund formation checklists and closing materials Review and process investor subscription documents Coordinate and organize general partner, main fund, side fund, and management company entities Distribute closing documents and prepare closing volumes Assist with federal and state securities filings Support transfers of fund interests, including preparing transfer documentation and reviewing investor eligibility Work closely with attorneys and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of fund matters
