Director, Customer Quality Excellence

pSemi Corporation, a Murata company, is seeking a Director of Customer Quality Engineering in San Diego. You will lead the Customer Quality Engineering group to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity, and act as the voice of the customer within the organization. You will own the end-to-end customer complaint system (RMA/CAR/8D), drive cross-functional root-cause analysis, and coach a team of quality engineers. Travel domestically/internationally as needed.
