Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise. Coordinating and managing IT projects from conception to implementation. Providing technical support and training to staff and users. Developing and implementing IT policies and best practices. Ensuring data is stored securely and is accessible to the right personnel. Working with vendors to secure the necessary IT equipment and software at a reasonable price. Ensuring IT systems comply with applicable laws and regulations. Managing the organization's telecommunications infrastructure and systems.
