Director of Risk & Resilience

Resorts World New York is seeking a Director of Risk Management to design and oversee comprehensive risk-control and loss-prevention programs for the property. You will lead risk initiatives, coordinate with legal and insurance partners, and supervise the risk team to ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance across operations. Responsibilities include developing safety policies, managing workers' compensation and general liability processes, and driving continuous improvement in risk
