Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension

Pay Rate: $62 - $67/hrAstrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Lakewood, Washington. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend. Responsibilities for a PT:Provide physical therapy services as a PT contractor Maintain an active state license for the applicable region (WA and AK may work on a Compact License) Complete required credentialing documentation and contract QA requirements prior to start Complete additional documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment Commit to a 13 to 26-week assignment booking duration Work a minimum of 40 guaranteed hours per week, with 32 hours guaranteed during holiday weeks Work day shift hours as scheduled Adhere to facility dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation Utilize facility-provided equipment as directed Self-report any non-billable time as applicable Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement prior to end of assignment Comply with all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery Disclose any previous work history at ATI prior to submission for eligibility review Benefits for a PT:Weekly pay every Friday Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/Pet Insurance 401K Retirement Plan (matching) Full-service Credentialing and Corporate Travel Team Referral Bonus up to $1,500 Astrya Global Medical Staffing offers 10+ years of staffing experience, 100% domestic support, and is certified by both the Joint Commission and National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations.
