Delivery Associate

Key Responsibilities: Safely and responsibly operate a company provided delivery vehicle Follow all traffic laws, defensive driving practices, and company safety procedures Complete vehicle safety inspections and promptly report hazards, damage, or safety concerns Load, organize, transport, and deliver packages safely and efficiently along assigned routes Use proper lifting, parking, and package-handling techniques throughout the delivery day Use navigation and delivery technology responsibly and only when safe to do so Remain alert to pedestrians, traffic, weather, and changing road or delivery conditions Communicate with dispatch regarding route issues, vehicle concerns, or unsafe conditions Provide professional and courteous service to customers and the community At APEX Drive Logistics, safety comes first, every route, every stop, every day. Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age Must have avalid U.S. driver’s license Must be willing and able to safely operate acompany-provided delivery vehicle Must be able tolift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation Must be comfortable performing aphysically active job, including frequent walking, climbing stairs, bending and lifting, and getting in and out of delivery vehicle Must willing to follow allcompany safety policies, traffic laws, and safe-driving procedures Must willing to complete requiredbackground and motor vehicle record checksas part of the hiring process Must be available to work scheduled shifts that may includeweekends and holidays Must be available to work aminimum of 30 hours per week Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
