In this role, you’ll provide essential Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and direct support to students across various age groups, working one-on-one to make a real difference in their educational experience.
Key Qualifications:
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Prior experience delivering ABA services in school or clinical settings preferred
  • Ability to engage and motivate students of different ages and learning needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and school staff
  • Skilled in implementing behavior intervention plans and data collection
  • Adaptable, patient, and enthusiastic about fostering student growth
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Deliver dedicated 1:1 ABA therapy throughout the school day
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to tailor interventions
  • Consistently implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
  • Monitor, document, and report on student progress and behavioral data
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies and share insights
  • Maintain a safe and encouraging environment that promotes positive behaviors
Position Details
Hours: 8:30am-3:45pm, providing a predictable daytime schedule
Caseload: Work closely with students individually, supporting their unique goals
