Injection Molding Process Engineer I

Medical Manufacturing Device Components Develop and sustain optimum molding process for medical manufacturing device components. Develop injection molding process per the decouple scientific principles. Run projects from start to finish. Improve and troubleshoot areas in the molding department. Perform Validation/Qualification (PD/PVS/IQ/OQ/PQ) Documentation via Alcon change control process. Plastic experience required. Master Molder certification preferred. Requires good communication, people skills to work well with other departments, customers. 10+ year in plastic manufacturing industry. Ability to write technical reports and prepare and make effective presentations.
