The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting all facets of Human Resources, with a primary focus on full life cycle recruiting and payroll administration for a growing precast concrete manufacturing operation. This role partners closely with production, operations, and leadership teams to attract, retain, and support a skilled workforce while ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage full life cycle recruiting for hourly production related positions.• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitmentstrategies.• Create and post job advertisements across various platforms.• Source, screen, and interview candidates.• Participate in job fairs, workforce development initiatives, community outreach programs, and recruiting events.• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely.• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly.• Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs.• Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and employee communication.• Other duties as assigned by ManagementREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.• 2-3 years of Human Resources experience required.• Experience with full cycle recruiting and payroll processing.• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and applicant tracking systems.
