External Reporting Manager - SEC, GAAP & Compliance

Nscale seeks a Manager, External Reporting to lead the external reporting team in producing accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations. You will partner with FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations, Tax, Internal Audit and external auditors to ensure high-quality disclosures and regulatory filings. The role requires SEC reporting expertise, strong project management, and clear communication in a fast-paced, publicly traded or pre-IPO environment.
