- The RoleThis role is a key part of our warehouse and operations team, managing customer parts requests, quotes, sales orders, shipping, and inventory-related activities.
- You’ll work directly with hotels to identify the correct parts, prepare quotes, process orders, coordinate shipments, and follow up on open requests. You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Assistant and operations team to make sure orders are accurate and shipments keep moving.
- Accuracy is critical. Bartech supports multiple minibar models and configurations, so you’ll develop a strong understanding of our products and parts to ensure the correct items are quoted and shipped.
- What You’ll Be Responsible ForCustomer Service and Order Processing
- Work directly with hotels to handle spare parts and order requests
- Manage customer requests and cases through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Identify the correct parts using model information, configurations, photos, and available records
- Prepare quotes and create sales orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Follow up on open quotes, missing POs, shipping information, and other outstanding items
- Keep customers informed throughout the process
- Shipping and Inventory
- Manage orders from request through shipment
- Verify part numbers, quantities, pricing, and shipping details
- Process shipments using FedEx Ship Manager
- Handle shipping documentation, including occasional international shipments and customs paperwork
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Assistant to ensure orders are pulled, packed, and shipped accurately
- Assist with receiving and verifying incoming inventory
- Assist with physical inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Coordinate order and shipping priorities with the Warehouse Assistant, Operations Manager, and Technical Inventory & Order Specialist
- Provide hands-on warehouse support when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in customer service, order processing, shipping, inventory, warehouse operations, or a related role
- Strong customer service and follow-through
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, filtering, sorting, and lookups
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or order-management systems
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Customer Service experience is preferred
- Shipping software experience is preferred
- Familiarity with PCBs, electronic components, or technical spare parts is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Work StyleDetail-oriented, especially with part numbers, quantities, pricing, and product configurations
- Organized and able to manage multiple customer requests and orders
- Proactive about following up and completing tasks without constant direction
- Comfortable researching issues, asking questions, and making decisions within established procedures
- Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Works well across customer service, operations, shipping, and warehouse functions
- Looks for opportunities to improve processes after learning the role
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Ability to assist with warehouse activities such as pulling, packing, receiving, and inventory counts when needed
- Schedule and Location
- Full-time, onsite position in Las VegasMonday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMReports to the Operations Manager
