Luxury Estate Operations Lead for UHNW Properties

Hudson Gate Partners is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee a portfolio of luxury residences across Florida, New York, and Massachusetts. You will lead high-caliber staff, coordinate maintenance, security, and operations to deliver world-class service with discretion. This role requires 7–10 years of multi-property experience, strong budgeting and vendor management, and travel between properties with flexibility for after-hours work. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
