Compassionate Animal Care Specialist

Animal Care Center of NYC is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to support compassionate care for convalescing animals. Under the Veterinary Team Manager, you will feed, walk, clean and socialize animals, monitor wellbeing, and assist with physical exams from intake to examination. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work calmly in a busy shelter, and capacity to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for extended periods; overtime may be available as needed.
