Role Description:
The Asset Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing, tracking, and optimizing the company’s media, digital, and financial assets across multiple business units. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate asset inventories, monitoring asset performance and utilization, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. The role involves coordinating with finance, operations, and client teams to forecast asset needs, support budgeting and planning, and provide regular reporting and analysis. The Asset Manager will develop and refine asset management processes, manage documentation and lifecycle records, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and risk control. This position also supports audits and reconciliations, responds to asset-related inquiries, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Asset management and financial analysis skills, including experience tracking asset lifecycles, budgeting, and reporting. Operational and data management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records, work with asset databases, and interpret performance metrics. Risk, compliance, and governance awareness, including familiarity with internal controls, audit processes, and policy adherence. Stakeholder collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with finance, operations, IT, and client-facing teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely. Clear written and verbal communication skills, including preparing reports, summaries, and presentations for non-technical audiences. Proficiency with spreadsheet and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms) and comfort learning asset management or ERP systems. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in marketing, media, or communications industries is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
