Primary Care PA: Community-Focused Patient Care

Health & Life Organisation Inc. is seeking a Physician Assistant – Primary Care to deliver patient-centered, age-spanning primary care with a focus on underserved communities in California. Under supervision of the Medical Director, you will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions, order tests, prescribe within scope, and coordinate care across a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes and accessibility.
