Day to Day: Support customer relationships by assisting with inquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Work alongside the sales team to support account management, customer outreach, and business development initiatives. Assist with daily business operations, including coordinating projects, maintaining records, and supporting internal processes. Communicate with customers and internal departments to help ensure orders, requests, and projects move forward smoothly. Learn the company's products, services, and business processes to better understand how different departments work together. Help track customer activity, maintain account information, and prepare reports to support business decisions. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen customer relationships, and support overall business growth. Take on new responsibilities while developing professional skills in communication, problem-solving, organization, and leadership.
