Senior Aviation Project Controls Leader

STV Incorporated is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead our national aviation program controls practice. You will guide cost, schedule, risk, and performance analytics across large, multi‑phase airport projects from planning through closeout. The role requires deep expertise in CPM scheduling (Primavera P6), EV and forecasting, and governance. You will mentor teams, manage client relations, and contribute to proposal pursuits, with a strong focus on delivery excellence.
