Requirements: Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred; proficiency in various case types Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team BLS and ACLS required; PALS and other advanced certifications as applicable
