The position requires proficiency in managing ventilators, drips, and advanced pediatric protocols. The shift is 12 hours, with call, weekend, and holiday rotation. Floating to other pediatric units may be expected. Compliance and onboarding typically take 4–6 weeks. A voice advantage and nurse manager interview are required.
