RESPONSIBILITIES: (not all inclusive):Execute manufacturing excellence initiatives through its direct reports and local teams Ensure assigned plants are operating safely, meet environmental & quality regulatory compliance in alignment with National Gypsum's core values Encourageand SupportProgramsthatCreateandMaintainaUnionFreeenvironment Set goals, share best practices and ensure corporate objectives are followed Coach manufacturing leadership teams with regards to manufacturing excellence tools and techniques as required Workwith OperationsAccountingandPlantmanagerstosetandmeetplantbudget Assess plant capital needs to maximize productivity, improve safety, support sustainability goals and improve network capacity. Represent manufacturing operations in corporate meetings, including quality, supply planning, safety, technology improvement, logistics and finance. Ensure application of best practices throughout the business unit and escalated as required Strongcommunicationandleadershipskills. Otherdutiesasassigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Safetyorientedandfocused 10 years of successful joint compound, gypsum manufacturing process, or other relevant building product industry and management experience. Fullunderstandingofmanufacturingmaterialsandbudgeting. Provenleaderwithabilitytomanageandstaffandfinancialresources. Ability to work and communicate effectively with plant staff and leaders of the organization. Competitive Salary, with a general salary range of $160,380.00 to $213,840.00 or higher depending on education and experience. Relocation assistance eligible.
