This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the full BAS sales process, coaching sales professionals, collaborating with operations, and executing strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of commercial Building Automation (BAS) industry experience with a proven track record of sales success.
Previous leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
Strong knowledge of BAS project sales, estimating, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
