SALES REPRESENTATIVE – FORT WORTH

Roles and Responsibilities: Handle Leads provided by office and traditional sales methods Generate leads from calling list provided by us Schedule inspection appointments Once scheduled, follow up with customer to verify appointment time and date Inspect roof and create a report of the condition of the roofing system Submit completed report to customer If a repair or replacement estimate is needed, use Xactimate to put together the proposal, once estimate is created send over to direct report for approval Once approved by direct report, Send estimate out to customer Follow up on leads weekly and send over report of potential contracts to direct reports Move job in Acculynx to the correct job progress as the job moves through the system Once customer approves the proposal send task over to appropriate coordinator to produce and send the contract Attend job site visits with Project Managers Maintain communication with customer throughout job process Attend final walks on jobs for customer sign off
