The chief inspector of a BNIC branch has the following missions: To supervise their team of surveyors and C managers (8 agents), and to pilot the execution of technical topographic work: cadastral plan revamping and maintenance operations, vectorization plan related work, large-scale expertise work (RPCU, etc.), participation in the development of the undeclared building detection tool (Innovative Land Project); To ensure technical verification of work and first-level internal control; To be a force of proposal with the SDNC both in mission management and in human resources management aspects; To be the interface with the cadastre services of the beneficiary DDFIP/DRFIP; To intervene in relations with users, local authorities, and real estate professionals such as surveyors-experts; and To participate in innovative work carried out by the Directorate. Within the DGFIP, the job is calibrated as an inspector of public finances "IFIP".For public servant candidates, it will be necessary to hold an equivalent grade (attaché).According to the original body held, recruitment may be carried out in the framework of a detachment at equivalence of grade with that held in the original administration and at a level equal or immediately higher than previously held, of an assignment or a PNA.For non-public servant candidates, the proposed remuneration will be determined based on the level of diploma and professional experience of the candidate.
