Salute is seeking a Director of HRBP – Labor Relations to serve as the enterprise expert on collective bargaining, contract interpretation, and labor strategy. You will guide HRBPs, site leaders, and executives across the global network, shaping enterprise standards and a proactive, compliant labor relations program. You will own negotiation strategy, provide guidance on complex grievances, and develop playbooks to empower HR teams while minimizing risk across regions.
