Physical Therapist

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation in an inpatient setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. You will assess patient needs, restore function, improve mobility, and educate patients and families on continued care. Evaluate patient conditions and establish treatment goals. Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor progress. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises. Maintain patient documentation and comply with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. In-depth knowledge of physical therapy principles and methods. Ability to handle complex patient situations with compassion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using physical therapy tools and equipment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy license in the practicing state. CPR certified.
