Director of Property Ops — Luxury Resort Leadership

The Inn at Perry Cabin, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Director of Property Operations to oversee the resort's facilities, operations, and maintenance. You will lead a team, drive cost efficiencies, ensure preventive maintenance, and coordinate with Executive Committee to meet performance and financial goals. Based on Maryland's Eastern Shore, this role requires ensuring OSHA compliance, vendor relationships, daily inspections, and safety training.
