Title: Assembler

Location: Mt Pleasant, WI

Pay Range: 19.00 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PMWhat's the Job? Assemble components and products by following work instructions, drawings, and established procedures. Perform basic hand and power tool tasks as required to complete assembly steps parts and finished items to ensure quality standards are met before moving to the next step. Maintain a clean, organized workstation to support safe and efficient production. Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to keep work flowing smoothly. What's Needed? Ability to read and follow written instructions and/or simple visual work instructions. Comfort working in a hands-on production environment with consistent attention to detail. Willingness to learn assembly processes and follow safety guidelines at all times. Reliability and punctuality to support team schedules and production needs.
