Apply for this role →MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Scheduler to join our team in Laurel, MD.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining detailed resource loaded schedules for Implementation, developmental and operational systems. Assist in defining and implementing schedule software (MS Project, Primavera, or specific program mandated software, etc.) management processes and procedures. Implement schedule control processes, policies and procedures. Maintain the schedule product build, staging, testing, deployment and integration. Develop schedule version control processes, policies and procedures and ensure that they are followed on development or operational schedule development and implementation projects. Minimum/Basic Qualifications:8 years’ related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; an additional 4 years of related experience might be substituted for a degree or 6 years’ related experience with a Master’s degree Demonstrated experience with MS Project and or Primavera
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience managing a schedule for an engineering program involving hardware and software development and multiple sub-components using MS Project or Primavera. Certification in either the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) or Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) is required.
Clearance Requirements: Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. Must communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
