Staff Partner Quality & Safety Program Manager

Aurora is seeking a Staff Program Manager, Partner Quality to own the quality and safety dimensions of the partner KPI framework across vendor categories. You will define standards, audit cadences, and corrective actions in collaboration with Product Operations to drive quality across a diverse partner ecosystem. You will lead audits, investigate systemic issues, and mentor category leads, embedding quality metrics into vendor scorecards and executive reviews while applying Lean Six Sigma
