Strategic Contracts Manager, Construction & Manufacturing

TenCate Americas is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contract formation, review, negotiation, administration, and reporting across its U.S. operations in a fast-paced, multi-entity setting. The Contracts Manager will partner with Legal, Business Development, Estimating, Operations, Procurement, and executive leadership to assess commercial risk, support effective contracting strategies, and help ensure agreements align with business objectives and TenCate standards.
