Memory Care Director

What you'll do: Lead daily operations of the memory care neighborhood, including staffing, scheduling, and quality of care Build individualized care and engagement plans for each resident based on their history, preferences, and abilities Plan and oversee a full calendar of life enrichment programming designed for people living with dementia Supervise, train, and coach memory care and life enrichment staff Meet regularly with families to share updates, answer questions, and address concerns Track outcomes and lead quality improvement efforts to keep the program compliant and effective Manage the department's budget and supplies

Required: Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, gerontology, social work, psychology, or a related field 5+ years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or dementia careA track record of successfully leading a memory care or specialized dementia program
