Flight Training Program Assistant Assist in establishing and maintaining the flight training program. Assist the Chief Pilot in formulating standardized training procedures in accordance with Part 135 training requirements. Conducts company crewmember training and standardization activities, pilot aircraft specific training and proficiency evaluations. Tracks crew currency and ensures RFM currency; initiates changes to company training manuals as necessary.
Required Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Required Work Experience Transport - 2 years of operational experience as an instructor in a part 135 operation, or 2 years Military Instructor Pilot and a minimum total flight time of 3000 hours.2500 flight hours pilot in command (PIC) turbine engine rotaary wing. 500 hours multi-engine, 200 hours of night operations including 50 hours of NVG, and 100 hours actual or simulated instrument experience. Required Certifications Certified Flight Instrument Instructor (CFII) - FAA, Certified Flight Instrument Instructor (CFII) Helicopter - FAA, Class 1 Medical Certificate - FAA, Class 2 Medical Certificate - FAA
