Director of Education & Curriculum Leadership

The Goddard School in Reading, MA is seeking an experienced Director of Education to lead and strengthen our educational program. This hands-on role focuses on curriculum planning, developmentally appropriate practices, and ongoing teacher development. You will partner with Operations and leadership to manage staffing, scheduling, supervision and day-to-day school operations while maintaining high standards for family engagement and learning outcomes.
