Requisition #: TLS-26-043 | Clearance: Active DoD Secret (US citizenship required) | Level: Senior | Experience: 7+ years | Education: Bachelor's (STEM) | Work site: Huntsville, AL (customer site) Telesis is seeking a Systems Engineer III to support the MDA Chief Engineer in transforming the way the agency approaches engineering. The ideal candidate has strong experience with MBSE tools and wants to use them to help move the agency away from document-driven engineering.
What you'll do:
  • Capture and develop new system models that will become the backbone of MDA's future engineering efforts
  • Leverage a variety of MBSE tools
  • Coordinate and collaborate on models with internal and external teams
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Strong model-based engineering experience
  • Ability to excel in a team setting
  • Experience with interface or interoperability engineering domains
Preferred qualifications:
  • Expertise in MBSE tools (SysML, Cameo, MathWorks Simulink, MATLAB, Visio, ModelCenter, etc.)
  • Missile Defense Agency (MDA) experience
  • Expertise in C2, data transport, PNT, or interoperability
Some travel may be required; partial telework may be available.he ideal candidate will help build, maintain, and troubleshoot, the company's rapidly expanding infrastructure. They will work alongside other engineers to ensure highest levels of performance and ability, and manage any problems that arise.
