Senior IRB Operations Lead

Albert Einstein College of Medicine seeks an experienced IRB Manager to lead a team of analysts, ensuring accurate and timely human subjects review. You will supervise workflows, coordinate meetings, and mentor staff while aligning with federal and state regulations. In collaboration with OHRA leadership, you will guide policy updates, engage stakeholders, and manage complex submissions for ethical and regulatory compliance. A CIP credential is preferred; master’s degree is advantageous.
