In-House Counsel & Leadership Legal Advisor

River Valley AgCredit seeks an Attorney to serve as internal legal counsel and trusted advisor to the leadership team and Board. You will research and analyze legal matters, guide lending operations, and support risk management while maintaining bylaws and policies. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and help drive strategic decisions beyond traditional practice.
