Sales Support Specialist

Location: Woodland Park, NJ

Salary: $65k – $80k + Bonus

Responsibilities: Provide sales support for global and domestic accounts totaling more than $30 million annually. Coordinate and expedite shipping logistics for just-in-time accounts to support customer delivery requirements and on-time delivery. Collaborate daily with expatriate team members, customers, the sales team, and intercompany partners in Japan to coordinate shipping schedules. Prepare and provide reports for customers, the sales team, and internal management, including purchase order status and inventory information. Manage invoices and accounts receivable for assigned accounts, including follow-up to support timely payment. Organize and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales and operations environment. Qualificationsassociate or bachelor’s degree preferred.3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, including 3 or more years of OEM industry knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics365.Strong customer support, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
