Apartment Concierge: Customer Experience & Tours

Cottonwood Residential is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for 5 Row Apartments in Charlottesville, VA. You will help residents feel at home and assist prospective residents in finding their perfect apartment home with a positive, solution-focused attitude. The role is full-time with a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings. You will greet customers, respond to inquiries, coordinate showings, and support events and marketing efforts to enhance the resident experience.
