Senior Product Owner, Benefits Tech Integrations

Guardian Life Insurance is seeking a Senior Product Owner, Benefits Technology (BenTech) to lead strategy, development, and delivery of integrations across the Group Benefits ecosystem. You will partner with business and technology leaders to define priorities, drive execution, and enhance connectivity with BenAdmin platforms, carriers, and partners. You will translate business objectives into prioritized work, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor a small tech team to deliver
