The role partners with employees and leadership to regulate safety and reduce risks in a fast-paced manufacturing start-up environment.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to work independently on the second shift, and support operations from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with a 10% shift differential upon transitioning to Night Shift.
