Our current opening is for our Gantry Park Landing luxury apartments. This person will be responsible for performing concierge/doorman duties for the apartment.

Verifying and recording visitor information. Answering calls professionally and assists callers with directions or instructions for the building. Receive and process incoming and outgoing laundry, shipments and/or mail/packages. Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries. Maintain logbooks for visitors and contractors Other duties may be required

Customer service skills and the ability to develop rapport with residents and staff. Ability to complete tasks and follow oral and written directions. Written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to work independently as needed.
