Digital Marketing Specialist

UTKey Responsibilities: Channel Strategy & Technical Leadership Define the paid social strategy across Meta, Tik Tok, and Pinterest; align with department OKRs. Frequently work on complex issues (attribution, platform shifts) without precedent to find structured solutions. Lead quarterly planning and make pacing adjustments within performance guardrails. Campaign Execution & Optimization Oversee live campaigns with daily performance reviews and bid/budget optimization. Direct agencies on account structure, targeting refinement, and creative rotation—own the output. Creative Collaboration & Innovation Brief Brand and Creative teams on asset needs; translate specialized concepts into actionable creative briefs. Drive a structured test-and-learn roadmap across formats, value props, and audience narratives. Performance Insights & Reporting Translate platform and Domo insights into actionable narratives for monthly OKR syncs. Partner with Media Analysts to surface trends and budget reallocation opportunities. Mentorship & Operations Coach junior team members and agency partners; share best practices and AI workflows weekly. Create and update SOPs related to your role to standardize successful methods.

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.4–6+ years hands-on campaign management in paid social (brand or agency).Proven track record managing at least $5M/year in annual ad spend. Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads. Technical leader with comprehensive knowledge in area of specialization.
