Regional Burn Center Leader — Nursing & Operations

The Director, UCLA Health Regional Burn Center, is responsible for the fiscal, human resources, clinical, and communication operations of the inpatient nursing units and the outpatient clinic. The role follows ANA standards and UCLA's Professional Practice Model to sustain high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include developing and evaluating data collection systems, assessing practice, and leading CICARE rounds to drive unit performance.
