Beacon Engineering Resources is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Controls Engineer experienced in building, commissioning, integrating, and troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate understands the complete machine — electrical, power, controls, networking, PLCs, HMI, SCADA, and robotics. The role covers controls programming, machine build and commissioning, FAT/SAT, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements, including MTTR and MTBF, to keep production running
