We're Hiring: Inside Sales Representative Hartselle, AL | Full-Time, On-Site | Base Salary + uncapped commission ranging from $60k to $150k+ annually The Crack Guys is growing, and we're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to turn warm leads into closed deals. The pitch is simple: the leads come to you already warm, real homeowners who've raised their hand and want our services. No cold-calling from scratch. Your job is to follow up, build trust, overcome objections, and close. The more you close, the more you earn, with no cap on your commission.
About us: We're a specialty contractor focused on foundation repair and waterproofing, structural solutions, and related home repair services for residential and commercial customers. We lead with safety, long-term durability, and honest, trustworthy recommendations and we've built a customer-first culture around reliable communication in every interaction.
What you'll do:
  • Follow up with warm leads by phone, text, and email to move them toward a sale
  • Overcome objections with a confident, consultative approach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date records of every interaction and follow-up in our CRM (Jobber)
  • Support our field teams by making sure customers understand the installation process
  • Collaborate with operations and management to hit sales targets while keeping customer satisfaction high
What we're looking for:
  • Demonstrated inside sales experience with a focus on phone-based communication and closing
  • Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to close deals in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and clear, professional follow-upAccount management experience: relationship-building and accurate record-keeping
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, on-site environment, collaborating with field and office teams
  • Basic proficiency with CRM or sales software and standard office applications
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Prior experience in construction, home services, or a related industry is a plus, but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus
  • Recommended SkillsPhone-based selling and closing
  • Objection handling and deal negotiation
  • Consultative, relationship-based communication
  • Pipeline and follow-up management
  • Familiarity with Jobber or a similar field-service CRMTime management and self-motivation
  • Working knowledge of foundation repair, waterproofing, or home services
