Quality Inspector

Job Duties: Inspect machined, fabricated, and repaired components against blueprints, work orders, and engineering specifications Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other inspection tools Review and maintain inspection records, certifications, and quality documentation Identify and document nonconformances; work with production staff to resolve discrepancies Verify materials, processes, and finished parts comply with applicable industry and regulatory standards Support internal and customer audits as needed Maintain calibration records for inspection equipment

Quality Inspector Requirements: Prior experience in quality inspection, preferably in an aviation, aerospace, or precision manufacturing environment Strong blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation skills Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)Familiarity with quality systems and documentation practices Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
