Technical Program Manager

What We're Looking For: 6+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering operations, product development, or a related field. Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs involving multiple engineering disciplines and partner teams. Strong understanding of program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, launch readiness, and product development processes. Ability to understand technical tradeoffs and use structured analysis to guide decisions without owning the underlying engineering design. Demonstrated success building consensus and driving execution across teams with competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting recommendations and status updates to leadership. Experience with program management tools and structured operating mechanisms for tracking milestones, owners, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
