Production Assembly

Responsibilities: Operate press brakes to make precision bends, punches, and cuts in aluminum and carbon steel. Operate punch presses to produce holes and other features according to blueprints and specifications. Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work orders. Measure materials and finished parts accurately using a tape measure. Inspect parts for quality and accuracy. Set up and operate production equipment safely and efficiently. Follow all company safety and quality procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other metal fabrication and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Previous metal fabrication or production experience preferred. High school diploma or GED is a plus, but not required. Basic math skills. Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Ability to read and follow work orders. Strong attention to detail. Reliable attendance and willingness to work required overtime. Ability to work 5:30 AM-5:30 PM shifts.

Starting Pay: $17.00/hour + applicable overtime pay Schedule: 5:30 AM-5:30 PM with required overtime
