Lead Staff ML Engineer - Real-Time AI for Global Trade

Altana is seeking a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the AI behind Altana Nexus, our agentic platform for global trade. You will architect and deploy real-time models processing trade data to deliver risk, compliance and enforcement decisions for governments and large enterprises. Responsibilities include building end-to-end pipelines, tuning models (SFT, RL with domain graders), and shaping product directions with cross-functional teams.
