We are seeking a Safety Lead to join our team in support of the Army TEN-M program. This program manages the development, engineering and safety for telecommunications towers, antennae and associated technologies in the Western US.This is a remote position and requires 25% to 50% travel; you must reside within a 50-mile radius of a major airport As the Safety Lead, you: Ensures all safety standards are adhered to during site installation, and ensures all teams comply with local site policies and procedures. Supports the development of the Safety Plan, updates to includes an site-specific safety requirements, and ensures it is being followed. Prepares and submits accident reports as necessary.

The likely salary range for this position is $169,604 - $229,464. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
